Shipping & Return Policy

We hope that you love your items as much as we do. But if for some reason, you would like to make a return, please note:

Any returns and exchanges must be done within 14 working days of receiving the order. The returned items must be unused and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected and returned back to the customer.

If you've received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible by email or text.

Returns

Please note:

  • We do not cover the return shipping costs so they will be taken off your refund.

  • We're unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

  • When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to keep the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

If you'd like to make a return please send us an email here with your order number and what item(s) you'd like to return. We'll get back to you within two working days.

Refunds may take up to 10-14 business days after the arrival of the package and the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Please note:

  • We offer one free exchange per order. If you wish to make a second exchange, we will not cover the shipping costs.

  • We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

  • When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to keep the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

If you'd like to exchange your item please send us an email here with your order number and what item you want in return. We'll get back to you within two working days.
